Barry Lanthier
In 1981, Barry joined his father’s company, later becoming president in 1994. Barry is the current manager and holds an interprovincial electrician’s licence with electronic controls.
Bruce Lanthier
After joining the company in 1973, Bruce has lent his service expertise to all manner of electrical service and repairs. Since 1994, he has been Marcel Electric’s vice president and estimator. Bruce holds a master electrician’s licence.

Founded in 1968 by master electrician Marcel Lanthier, Marcel Electric Inc serves the repair, installation, and renovation needs of Ottawa and the surrounding areas.
After Marcel retired in 1989 due to illness, Barry Lanthier (Marcel’s son) and Bruce Lanthier (Marcel’s nephew), kept the family company going as its two shareholders. Today, Marcel Electric employs six dedicated individuals to serve the Ottawa area.
